標簽檢測設備采用機器視覺系統(tǒng)進行在線高速檢測，設備主要分為三個單元：視覺檢測單元、系統(tǒng)控制單元、不良品剔出單元。視覺檢測單元采用高速相機配合視覺專用LED光源，圖像清晰，軟件算法成熟穩(wěn)定，操作步驟簡單易懂。對標簽有無、位置高低、褶皺破損等不良進行檢測并自動剔除，實現(xiàn)并滿足客戶對高速在線生產(chǎn)質量管理的需求,提高檢測效率和準確性，降低企業(yè)人力成本。

Label detection equipment adopts machine vision system to carry out high speed detection. The equipment is mainly divided into 3 units: vision detection unit, system control unit and defective product removing unit.The vision detection unit adopts high speed camera with visually dedicated LED light source. Its image is clear, soft algorithm is mature and stable and operation steps are easy to understand. The equipment detects for the defective products without label, position height, fold, damage and etc and removes them automatically, fulfilling and satisfying the requirements of customers on quality management of high speed online production, improving the efficiency and accuracy of detection and reducing the labor cost.
