基于工業(yè)電腦數(shù)控技術(shù)，可同時在雙工位上放上兩塊玻璃；一塊玻璃正在加工過程中，可調(diào)整另一塊玻璃定位，這樣機器會自動加工完靠前工位玻璃，自動加工第二工位玻璃，完成后，又返回靠前工位，如此循環(huán)反復(fù)；不同的倒角半徑通過參數(shù)調(diào)整即可，并保證倒角接口順滑；采用自動拋光補償及拋光預(yù)壓機制，保證100%倒角拋光品質(zhì)；適合散件/批量玻璃的倒角加工；window操作界面，簡潔易學，1小時即可上手；由于加工主軸不停歇，生產(chǎn)效率極高！

倒角機是在由由機體、外角倒角工作臺、定位托臺、內(nèi)角倒角工作臺、內(nèi)角轉(zhuǎn)動刀頭、外角轉(zhuǎn)動刀頭、電動機和傳動機構(gòu)組成，在機體水平上板上垂直安裝內(nèi)、外角轉(zhuǎn)動刀頭，其下端軸部設(shè)置傳動機構(gòu)，垂直升降的內(nèi)角倒角工作臺中心的內(nèi)角刀頭露孔中露出內(nèi)角轉(zhuǎn)動刀頭，位于上述外角轉(zhuǎn)動刀頭正上方定位托臺下側(cè)的凹槽與外角倒角工作臺的外角刀頭露孔相結(jié)合，端面上構(gòu)成外角轉(zhuǎn)動刀頭露出的外角刀頭露孔，外角倒角工作臺與機體水平上板之間設(shè)置升降裝置，使外角倒角工作臺垂直升降，以使外角刀頭露孔中外角轉(zhuǎn)動刀頭露出可以調(diào)節(jié)。
