●適用于不同厚度和尺寸的平板玻璃直線邊及45°棱邊的磨削加工。
●粗磨、精磨、拋光和倒角一次加工完成。
●前后大梁、底座床身及各磨頭調(diào)節(jié)座均采用優(yōu)質(zhì)鑄鐵材料，經(jīng)過長時(shí)間高溫退火處理，然后分粗、精加工而成，承受負(fù)荷大，性能穩(wěn)定。
●前后壓板均采用40Cr鍛打材料，對摩擦表面進(jìn)行高頻淬火處理后精磨，使得更加耐用。
●“新東亞”品牌專用磨頭電機(jī)，“正泰”品牌電氣，“東華”品牌鏈條。
●結(jié)構(gòu)先進(jìn)、準(zhǔn)確度高、操作方便、工作效率高，大批量工藝、家具、家電、建筑等行業(yè)的玻璃磨邊加工優(yōu)選設(shè)備。
●It is suitable for straight-line beveling for flat glass of different thickness and sizes, and 45 ° grinding of edges.
●coarse grinding、fine grinding 、 polishing and chamfering can be completed in one time,its'11 grinding heads have a powerful function to eliminate lines of glass,which can strongly improve the polishing brightness of glass.
●The base 、front and rear beams、beds and grinding heads are of casting materials (annealed to prevent deformation),Which can bear large loads and has stable performance。
●The front and rea plates are made of 40Cr forged materials,whose surfaces is much more durable with high-frequency quenching treatment after fine grinding.
