燈具玻璃：所謂燈具玻璃是將高透明優(yōu)質(zhì)的電子級(jí)原材料加工而成，根據(jù)客戶研發(fā)圖紙進(jìn)行定做加工，一般都需要鋼化處理，鋼化后在表面形成強(qiáng)大而均勻的應(yīng)力，中心層則形成張應(yīng)力。鋼化玻璃有強(qiáng)大的壓應(yīng)力存在，受到外力沖擊后，外壓作用產(chǎn)生的張應(yīng)力，被強(qiáng)大的壓力所抵消。因此，機(jī)械強(qiáng)度成倍地增加。特性：當(dāng)玻璃破碎時(shí)，形成碎小的顆粒狀，可大大減少對(duì)人體的傷害；其強(qiáng)度約為非鋼化玻璃的5倍以上；耐溫度是普通玻璃(未鋼化玻璃)的三倍以上；所以深圳誠(chéng)隆玻璃廠強(qiáng)烈推薦所有的LED燈飾燈具玻璃使用鋼化處理。
