2、 產(chǎn)品特性：半光、免烘烤、耐酒精、耐沖壓。

3、 稀釋劑：本公司B-03稀釋劑或783慢干稀釋劑。

4、 固化劑：本產(chǎn)品為單組份油墨，如有特殊要求也可選擇添加固化劑增加附著力及墨層抗性。

5、 油墨調(diào)配：充份攪拌后取所需用量進(jìn)行調(diào)配使用，雙組份油墨先按比例添加固化劑攪拌均勻，然后再添加稀釋劑稀釋到合適粘度進(jìn)行印刷；添加固化劑后的油墨超過(guò)使用時(shí)限會(huì)產(chǎn)生粘稠膠化現(xiàn)象，請(qǐng)及時(shí)清洗網(wǎng)版，并棄用油墨，不可回收。

6、 網(wǎng)版及刮膠：適合80T-140T（200目-350目）聚脂網(wǎng)紗，聚氨脂PU油性刮膠。

7、 干燥條件及時(shí)間：本產(chǎn)品可以常溫干燥，也可以烘烤快速干燥，建議干燥溫度及時(shí)間為25℃/24小時(shí)，60℃/40分鐘，80℃/30分鐘，100℃/20分鐘。

8、 性能檢測(cè)：

用3M600膠帶劃百格測(cè)試100%無(wú)脫落；

用棉布沾95%工業(yè)酒精以500G力水平來(lái)回擦拭100次無(wú)脫色；

1mm厚鋁片在印刷位置進(jìn)行沖斷、卷邊、延壓后邊緣位置100%無(wú)脫落；

9、 包裝規(guī)格：1KG/膠罐，12罐/箱。

10、儲(chǔ)存條件：置于干燥通風(fēng)處常溫保存；避免高溫、太陽(yáng)直射，嚴(yán)禁煙火。
