真空電鍍表面絲印油墨

真空電鍍表面絲印油墨

主要用于金屬表面、白鐵表面、不銹鋼表面、UV表面、強(qiáng)化表面、電鍍表面等材料上,具有高色澤、高色彩、高遮蓋力、高穩(wěn)定性、耐酒精及耐磨擦之特點(diǎn)。

印刷:絲印移印均可。

表干及實(shí)干時(shí)間:表干時(shí)間自然揮發(fā)5-10分鐘;實(shí)干時(shí)間在24小時(shí)以內(nèi)(加專用固化劑)。

稀釋及清洗:SV3慢干開油水、UVK1(移印開油水)同時(shí)可使用718洗網(wǎng)水清洗。

測(cè)試方法(完全干燥后):

1、3m膠紙粘在畫有百格的油墨表面,45度角迅速拉起不脫油;

2、純度99%的工業(yè)酒精,一千克砝碼用棉布包住在油墨表面,以水平力來(lái)回拉200次無(wú)脫色;

3、 耐磨:橡皮擦500g力水平來(lái)回擦500次。

使用方法:

1、使用前應(yīng)充分?jǐn)嚢?用后隨時(shí)封閉;

2、攪拌時(shí)加開油水10-15%,稀釋到印刷粘度如需自干加專用固化劑5%-10%.

3、網(wǎng)板塞網(wǎng)時(shí)可用洗網(wǎng)水清洗;

4、不得與其它類型油墨混合使用。

Vacuum plating surface screen printing ink

Mainly used for metal surface, tin surface, stainless steel surface, UV surface, surface strengthening, plating and other materials, with a high color, high color, high hiding power, high alcohol and wear resistance, high stability.

Printing: screen printing and pad printing can be printed.

Surface drying and working time: natural evaporation of table dry time 5-10 minutes; hard working time is less than 24 hours (with special curing agent).

Dilution and cleaning: SV3 slow dry open oil-water, UVK1 (pad printing oil), and can use 718 washing net water cleaning.

Test method (completely dried):

Usage method:

1, should be fully stirred before use, closed at any time;

2, add water mixing 10-15%, printing viscosity for dry plus special curing agent 5%-10%. to dilute

3, mesh plug network can be washed with mesh washing water;

4. Should not be mixed with other types of ink.
